Worth the journey.

Get found by the diners already searching for you.

Rihla Reach, influencer marketing for UK halal restaurants.

The local creators your community already trusts, bringing new diners through your door. Managed, contracted, tracked.

“Is this actually halal?

It’s the first question a new diner asks, silently, before they book. The question we exist to retire. Your regulars know the food is right. Everyone else can’t find you, and isn’t sure they can trust you.

Paid social rents attention: the reach stops the day the budget does, and an ad served to a stranger carries none of the trust a neighbour’s recommendation does. The creators who message for a free meal rarely have a contract, and rarely post. We turn that scattered guesswork into a managed system, through the voices your community already trusts.

A creator your neighbourhood already follows converts better than a stranger with a bigger number. Trust travels. Reach alone doesn’t.

Three moving parts. One retainer.

We make UK halal restaurants easy to find and easy to trust, through the local creators their community already follows.

1

We source & vet the creators

UK halal-food creators your local community already follows. Fake-follower audited, halal brand-safety checked, screened for real reach, not just follower counts.

2

They create the content

A contracted visit to your restaurant, briefed, disclosed with #ad, and native to the platform. Not an ad script read out loud.

3

You approve; we track & report

One quick approval from you. We handle promo-code tracking and a monthly report on reach, engagement and redemptions. One flat retainer, agreed up front.

Your part: host the visit and give one approval. We handle everything else.

Pricing

One retainer. Everything managed.

Flat monthly pricing, no per-post negotiation. Pick the volume; we handle the rest.

Every plan includes

  • Fake-follower audit + halal vetting
  • Written contract + professional brief
  • #ad disclosure up front, as ASA guidance requires
  • Free replacement for any no-show creator

Rihla Reach is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added and the prices above are what you pay. If we ever register for VAT, it would apply to invoices from that date and we’d tell you first — a locked rate fixes the fee, not the tax on it.

Beyond the retainer, the only other cost is comping each creator’s meal at food cost: roughly £12–14 on a £40 menu price. Nothing else.

After the minimum term, plans continue month to month on 30 days’ written notice, or you can take a six-month renewal at a discount. Starter is a way in. Run it over the minimum term, see what the numbers say, then move up at renewal if it earns it.

We’re hand-picking our first 3 founding restaurants.

We waive the onboarding fee, so the minimum commitment becomes £4,500, £7,500 or £24,000. Your monthly rate is locked for 12 months, and you get an extra creator in month one. There is a check-in partway through, with a mutual break option if it’s clearly not the right fit. In exchange, a testimonial and case study.

Enquire about founding

Built for one thing, not bolted onto everything else.

Rihla Reach is an influencer marketing agency built only for independent halal restaurants in the UK. I started it because no one was building specifically for halal restaurants. The big agencies treat halal as one box among many, so some of the best food in the country stays a secret. Real vetting, real contracts, no shortcuts. We take only a handful of founding restaurants at a time, so each gets the attention this actually needs.

We guarantee delivery and measurement: vetted creators, agreed content, tracked results. We don’t promise sales. Anyone who guarantees footfall isn’t being straight with you.

UK-focused

The UK is the only market we work in, not one region on a global agency’s roster. We’re starting in Birmingham.

Halal dining only

One category, not a generalist roster split across a dozen industries.

One point of contact

You deal with the person who runs your account, start to finish.

Questions

Straight answers before you call.

What will this cost me beyond the retainer?

You comp the creators’ meals: the food cost, not the menu price, so a £40 meal runs you about £12–14. The retainer covers everything else, and any discount your promo code gives is yours to set.

How soon will I see results?

Content goes live in the first month. The patterns worth judging (redemptions, repeat reach, new faces) build over two to three months, which is why the minimum term is three months on Starter and Growth (six on Premium), not one.

What if a creator doesn’t post?

You’re never charged for content that doesn’t go live. Creators are paid only on verified delivery, and we replace any no-show.

Do I need a following myself?

No. The creators post to their own local audiences. If you have an Instagram, we’ll build a Story Highlight on it, but you don’t need a following of your own.

What if I don’t like the content?

You get one round of revisions against the agreed brief at no extra cost, with 48 hours to review each piece. Changes outside the original brief are a new deliverable, priced separately and only with your sign-off.

Can I cancel early?

Standard plans run for the agreed minimum term, the commitment on both sides. Founding restaurants also get a one-time mutual break option once half the term has passed. Outside that, ending early means covering the remaining term’s fees, minus costs we no longer have to pay. When the term ends you are not rolled into another one: plans continue month to month on 30 days’ written notice, or you can take a six-month renewal at a discount.

Tell me about your restaurant.

The questions I would otherwise ask on a call, two of them optional. Two minutes, and I reply within one working day.

Your situation

I measure reach, engagement and redemptions, and report them monthly. What I cannot do is promise covers. Tell me what you are actually hoping for and I will tell you straight whether this gets you there.

How it would work

You comp each creator’s meal at food cost, about £12–14. The minimum term is three months, six on Premium. Saying no here is a useful answer.

So I can say honestly if this is not right for you yet.

How to reach you

In your own words. The most useful thing you can tell me.

I read every one myself and reply within one working day, including the ones that are not a fit. Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, never shared or sold. Privacy Policy
